PROCEDURES FOR ERASMUS STUDENTS AFTER ARRIVAL AT THE FACULTY

Arrival registration
- Upon arrival at the university, students are required to report to the Erasmus coordinator without delay.
- The faculty Erasmus coordinator is Anna Dziejma (noe.international@uwb.edu.pl, room A16)
Meeting with the coordinator
- During the meeting, the student will:
  - receive essential organizational information regarding studies.
Course registration
- Students register for courses according to the approved Learning Agreement.
- In case of any difficulties, they should contact the coordinator.
Access to university systems
- Students receive login credentials for university systems (usosweb, student email, etc.).
Organizational information
- Students should familiarize themselves with:
  - class schedules,
  - classroom locations,
  - faculty regulations and rules.
